United States Capitol Police Reserve Fund Act of 2026

This bill creates a special fund to pay U.S. Capitol Police salaries and expenses if Congress doesn't pass a budget and the Capitol Police lose their funding. The fund can only be used during these funding gaps to keep paying Capitol Police employees and covering necessary costs. Any money left in the fund by December 31, 2026, must be returned to the Treasury Department by January 31, 2027.
