Universal Right To Vote by Mail Act of 2025

This bill would expand voting by mail for federal elections. It would stop states from adding extra requirements for people who want to vote by mail, except states could still set deadlines for when people must request their mail-in ballot and when they must return it. The bill would also require states to tell voters if there are problems with their mail-in ballots and give them a chance to fix those problems.
