Expedited Guaranteed Lender Pilot Program Act

This bill creates a temporary pilot program to make it faster and easier for people to apply for and get approved for certain farm loans backed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Under the program, USDA would simplify how it checks whether borrowers qualify for these loans when the loans are handled by specially approved lenders. This includes making it quicker to review a borrower's finances and farming plans. The pilot program would end on September 30, 2031.
