This bill provides money for the 2026 fiscal year to fund most agencies within the Department of Homeland Security. It includes funding for agencies like the Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Secret Service, FEMA, and several others. However, the bill does not provide money for some major DHS agencies that were funded in previous years, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection, and certain management activities of the Secretary's office.
