HEALTH Panel Act

This bill creates an official Panel of Health Advisors within the Congressional Budget Office. The panel would have 15 members who serve three-year terms and help the Congressional Budget Office analyze health and healthcare costs. The panel must report to Congress about the advice it gives and how that advice is used. The chairs and top members of the House and Senate Budget Committees, plus the Congressional Budget Office director, would each choose three people to serve on the panel.
