Mail Traffic Deaths Reporting Act of 2025

This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service to create rules for collecting and tracking information about deaths and injuries from traffic crashes involving mail vehicles. Postal Service employees and contractors must report any crash involving a mail vehicle that causes injury or death within three days. The Postal Service must keep a database of this information and publish a yearly public report about these injuries and deaths.
