Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act

This bill creates funding to build and maintain a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border. The money would come from several sources: reducing foreign aid by $2,000 for each person from that country caught crossing the southern border illegally, adding a 5% fee on money sent overseas, and increasing fees for certain forms that people fill out when entering the United States. The bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to build barriers and achieve control over all U.S. borders by December 31, 2025. It also changes how border patrol agents get paid for overtime work, giving them at least 150% of their regular pay for hours worked above 80 in a two-week period.
