Countering China’s Control of the Caucasus Act

This bill requires the Department of State to send a secret report to Congress looking into how Russia and China are trying to gain influence and carry out intelligence activities in the country of Georgia. The State Department also has to come up with a plan for strengthening the relationship between the United States and Georgia, figure out what resources would be needed to do that, and decide whether the U.S. should keep investing in its partnership with Georgia and in projects there.
