Accountability for Veterans Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to write a report for Congress about three specific issues. The report must explain why there is a backlog of appeals for VA disability benefits, suggest ways to give more information and resources to people in the military's Transition Assistance Program, and describe management problems at VA health care systems that have received one-star ratings.
