To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to repeal certain provisions relating to the acceptance and use of contributions for public-private partnerships, and for other purposes.

This bill ends a program that lets the Natural Resources Conservation Service work with private partners who can give money to conservation programs. The program being ended is called the SUSTAINS Act, which was created in 2023. Under that program, private groups could give money to help with things like climate change, carbon storage, wildlife habitat, and drinking water protection, and the government could match that money. The bill would still let the Natural Resources Conservation Service accept private money for two specific conservation programs but not for the broader partnerships.
