Pregnancy Is Not an Illness Act of 2025

This bill would stop the Food and Drug Administration from treating pregnancy as an illness when making decisions about abortion drugs. It would cancel the FDA's approval of any abortion drug that was approved based on treating pregnancy as an illness. The bill would specifically cancel the current FDA approval of the abortion drug mifepristone.
