Rural Small Business Resilience Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration's Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience to make sure people in rural areas have full access to disaster assistance when a disaster has been declared in their area. The office must do targeted outreach and provide marketing materials to these rural residents.
