District of Columbia Code Returning Citizens Coordination Act

This bill requires the Bureau of Prisons to give the District of Columbia information about people serving prison sentences for DC felony convictions. Every 90 days, the Bureau of Prisons must share each person's name, age, prison ID number, scheduled release date, and which facility they are in. This information can be shared with DC government agencies that are not police agencies, lawyers representing prisoners, and organizations that help with legal matters or help formerly imprisoned people return to their communities.
