Mentoring to Succeed Act of 2025

This bill creates grants to help community-based organizations start or expand mentoring programs for young people who need extra support, such as students who are struggling in school or youth not currently in school. The Department of Labor would give out these grants to help these organizations teach young people important thinking and social skills and prepare them for high school, college, and jobs. The bill also requires different government departments to work together to connect grant recipients with mentoring resources and information about services for youth leaving correctional facilities or students with disabilities, and requires a study of how well these mentoring programs work.
