Congressional Accountability Act Enhancement Act

This bill would change the rules so that Members of Congress have to pay back the Treasury for any settlement or award money paid out when a Member personally committed workplace discrimination. It would also allow people who file discrimination claims under the Congressional Accountability Act to update or fix their claim if an initial review finds problems with it.
