Build the Wall Act of 2025

This bill creates a new fund called the Southern Border Wall Construction Fund. The Department of Homeland Security would use this fund to build and maintain physical barriers along the border between the United States and Mexico. Any leftover money from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds must be moved into this new border wall fund right away.
