Export Control Enforcement and Enhancement Act

This bill speeds up the process for changing a list kept by the Department of Commerce that names people or organizations seen as potential threats to U.S. national security or foreign policy. It lets any member of a special review committee propose adding or removing names from this list and requires the full committee to vote on those changes within 30 days. The bill also makes it so that requests to send controlled goods to foreign individuals or groups added to this list under the new rules would generally be denied.
