SPUR Act

This bill requires federal agencies to track and report additional information on their yearly small business contracting reports. Specifically, agencies must include how many small businesses are getting their first-ever federal contract and are owned by service-disabled veterans, businesses in certain disadvantaged areas, socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, or women.
