Bottles and Breastfeeding Equipment Screening Enhancement Act

This bill requires the Transportation Security Administration to create or update rules for screening breast milk, baby formula, water for babies, juice, and cooling items like ice packs at airports. The rules must reduce the risk of contamination and follow cleanliness standards when these items need extra screening. The bill also requires the Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General to check that these rules are being followed and report back to Congress.
