SERV Act

This bill requires two government agencies to write reports. The Small Business Administration must write a report about a veterans task force that involves multiple government agencies. The Government Accountability Office must write a report about how easy it is for small businesses to get loans when those businesses are owned by veterans, military reservists, or their spouses.
