To amend title 5, United States Code, to authorize the increase of the retirement age in the United States Capitol Police.

This bill would let the Capitol Police Board allow Capitol Police officers to keep working up to age 65 instead of being required to retire. Right now, Capitol Police officers generally have to retire at age 57, though they can get special permission to work until age 60. This bill would raise that special permission limit from age 60 to age 65.
