No FED in West Texas Act

This bill would stop the Department of the Interior from carrying out its 2023 plan to expand the Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. That plan would have allowed the government to buy land or set up conservation agreements on up to 700,000 acres in the Southern High Plains area near the Texas-New Mexico border. The bill blocks the government from finalizing, putting into effect, or enforcing that expansion plan.
