Nancy Gardner Sewell Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act

Starting in 2028, Medicare will cover multi-cancer screening tests that can check for many different types of cancer at once, if these tests are approved by the Food and Drug Administration and if Medicare decides the coverage makes sense. Only people under a certain age can get this coverage - age 68 in 2028, then going up by one year each year after that. People can get one test covered every 11 months.
