Federal Fraud Prevention Workforce Training Act

This bill requires the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of the Treasury to create a training program that teaches federal employees how to spot fraud and prevent incorrect payments in government programs. Federal employees who oversee government programs or handle government money would have to complete this training every two years, and the program would also be offered to state, local, and tribal government workers who manage federally funded programs. The training would cover topics like identifying fraud risks, using data-sharing tools to check who is receiving payments, and how to report suspected fraud and waste. Federal agencies could also require completing this training as a condition for receiving a federal grant or award.
