Farmer to Farmer Education Act of 2026

This bill gives the Department of Agriculture the ability to support networks where farmers help and teach other farmers. USDA would be allowed to make agreements with groups like nonprofits, tribal organizations, colleges, and local governments to build these farmer networks, connect farmers with mentors, and provide learning opportunities. The bill requires USDA to use existing conservation funding for the program and to give priority to efforts that serve farmers and ranchers who have been historically underserved or who work in high-poverty areas.
