No WAR Act

This bill creates a rule that would block Congress from using a fast-track budget process called "reconciliation" to approve funding for military action against Iran. Under this rule, no money could be provided through reconciliation for any military strikes, operations, or armed conflict against Iran unless Congress has officially declared war or specifically authorized the use of military force. The rule could only be set aside in the Senate if at least 60 senators vote to do so.
