NOSHA Act

This bill would eliminate the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which is part of the Department of Labor. OSHA currently creates and enforces rules about workplace safety and health, and provides training and education on these topics. If this bill passes, OSHA would no longer exist and would stop doing these activities.
