TSA Commuting Fairness Act

This bill requires the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to study whether TSA workers at airports should be paid for the time they spend traveling between their work areas, airport parking lots, and bus or transit stops. The TSA would need to send this study to Congress to show if this change is possible to do.
