Service-Disabled Veteran Opportunities in Small Business Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to train employees at federal agencies that don't award enough contracts to small businesses owned by disabled veterans. The goal is for each agency to give at least 3% of their contracts to these veteran-owned businesses. The Small Business Administration must report each year which agencies missed this goal and how many trainings they provided.
