Prison Staff Safety Enhancement Act

This bill requires the Department of Justice to create national rules for preventing, reducing, and punishing sexual harassment and sexual assault by prisoners against prison guards and other prison employees. The standards would apply to all federal prisons run by the Bureau of Prisons.
