Keep Our PACT Act

This bill provides funding through 2035 for grant programs that help local school districts give extra educational services to students who are struggling in school and students who attend schools with many low-income families. The bill also permanently continues a grant program that helps states provide special education services to children with disabilities. The money in this bill is labeled as emergency spending for budget rule purposes.
