Deliver for Veterans Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to include delivery costs when paying for cars or other vehicles for certain disabled veterans or military members. Currently, the VA pays up to $26,417.20 (adjusted for inflation each year) or the full purchase price of the vehicle, but delivery costs are not included in what they will pay for.
