Stop Sports Blackouts Act of 2025

This bill would require cable and satellite TV companies to give customers money back when they can't watch certain channels that are part of their subscription. This happens when TV companies and channel owners can't agree on a contract, causing channels to go dark for customers. The Federal Communications Commission would create rules about how much money customers should get back during these blackouts.
