Elementary and Secondary School Counseling Act

This bill would have the Department of Education give money to states, which would then pass that money along to local school districts. The purpose of the funding is to help high-need public elementary and secondary schools hire more mental health services providers, like school counselors, so students have better access to mental health support at school.
