Research Security and Accountability in DHS Act

This bill requires a part of the Department of Homeland Security to create rules for protecting research and development work from people who shouldn't have access to it. The bill also requires the Government Accountability Office to write a report about whether the Department of Homeland Security is following a 2021 presidential memo about disclosing certain information related to government-funded research and development, such as conflicts of interest involving foreign governments.
