Making appropriations for the Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, and for other purposes.

This bill provides funding for the year 2027 for the legislative branch of the U.S. government, which includes the House of Representatives, the Capitol Police, the Library of Congress, the Congressional Budget Office, the Government Accountability Office, and several other offices and committees that support Congress. Following a long-standing tradition where each chamber of Congress decides its own funding needs, this bill does not include funding for the Senate. The bill also includes rules about how the money it provides can and cannot be used.
