RECOGNIZING Judea and Samaria Act

This bill would stop the federal government from using money to create documents that call the area "the West Bank" and would require them to use "Judea and Samaria" instead. The rule would not apply when the U.S. has to follow international treaties or agreements. The bill would also change existing laws to replace "the West Bank" with "Judea and Samaria."
