To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education from requiring ideological oaths or similar statements, and for other purposes.

This bill would stop colleges and universities that receive federal student aid money from requiring students, employees, contractors, or job applicants to make certain statements about their beliefs. Schools could not force these people to support ideas that treat individuals or groups differently based on their race, color, or ethnicity, or to provide statements about their views on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. The bill also prevents schools from giving special treatment to people who voluntarily express support for ideas that promote different treatment based on race, color, or ethnicity.
