No User Fees for Gun Owners Act

This bill would stop state and local governments from requiring gun owners to have insurance or pay special taxes or fees for making, buying, selling, or owning guns and ammunition. The bill would still allow regular sales taxes that apply to guns the same way they apply to other products.
