Reversionary Interest Conveyance Act

This bill requires the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to offer to sell the government's reversionary interest — a type of ownership right that could allow the land to return to government control — in about 8.43 acres of land in Sacramento, California. If the current landowner requests it, the BLM has two years to make the offer and complete the sale, and the buyer must pay at least the fair market value plus all related costs like surveys and appraisals. The money from the sale goes into the Federal Land Disposal Account.
