Buzz Off Act

The Buzz Off Act stops federal law enforcement from using drones to watch specific U.S. citizens or their property. There are three exceptions: if they get a search warrant first, if the Department of Homeland Security says the surveillance is needed to stop a terrorist attack from a specific person or group, or if the citizen gives written permission for photos or recordings that will be shared with the public.
