Veterans Access to Direct Primary Care Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to start a five-year test program. The program would let veterans who are signed up for VA health care choose to get primary care services from doctors outside the VA system through direct primary care arrangements. Veterans could pay for these services using a veteran health savings account.
