Modern GI Bill Act

This bill would let people who qualify for Post-9/11 GI Bill education benefits use those benefits to pay back federal student loans for up to 36 months. The bill sets a limit on how much money can be paid to each person under this program starting in 2026, and this limit would go up each year based on cost-of-living increases.
