Time of Service Act

This bill changes the rules for when veterans can use their Post-9/11 GI Bill education benefits. Currently, these benefits expire after a certain amount of time, but under this bill, veterans who left active duty on or after January 1, 2001, would be able to use their education benefits without worrying about them expiring.
