Fairness for Servicemembers and their Families Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to check every five years whether the maximum life insurance coverage available to service members and veterans through two government insurance programs is keeping up with rising costs. The VA would look at how much everyday prices have gone up, using a common measure of inflation, during the five years before each review. The VA would also be required to report its findings.
