End Endless Criminal Statutes Act

This bill would allow people and organizations to make and distribute metal coins as real money, as long as the coins have original designs that don't look like U.S. or foreign currency. The bill also removes various federal misdemeanor crimes from the law, including writing a check for less than $1, selling margarine that doesn't meet certain packaging requirements, removing stamps from mail, boarding a boat before it's fully docked, and using the Capitol Grounds as a playground.
