Improving CARE for Youth Act

This bill says that state Medicaid programs cannot refuse to cover primary care, substance use disorder treatment, and mental health services just because a person receives them on the same day at the same location, including through telehealth. This means people on Medicaid could get multiple types of care in one visit without worrying about their coverage being denied.
