Advancing International and Foreign Language Education Act

This bill renews funding through 2032 for several government programs that help colleges and universities teach foreign languages, international studies, and international business skills. It keeps programs running that support language learning centers, research centers overseas, and fellowships for students studying foreign languages. The bill also makes some changes, like letting graduate students get money to study a foreign language at any skill level and allowing the Department of Education to create a national database about international and foreign language education. It also updates a program focused on international business education, including renaming it and requiring certain activities be added to professional training programs.
