What this bill does
AI plain-language summaryThis resolution sets the rules for how the House of Representatives will debate and vote on three separate pieces of legislation. The first bill would make it clear that states can use certain Social Security Act funds for pregnancy centers. The second bill would require colleges and universities to share information with pregnant students about their rights, available support, and resources. The third is a resolution to block a rule from the Bureau of Land Management about withdrawing federal lands in certain counties in Minnesota.
