Fair Representation Amendment

This resolution tells certain House committees to review the laws they oversee and suggest changes to reduce how much discretion the executive branch has when applying those laws. After this review, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform must write a bill called the "Article One Restoration Act" that includes all the committees' suggestions. The resolution applies to 15 House committees including Agriculture, Armed Services, Budget, Education and Workforce, and others.
